In cases where the user includes files with personal data on shared hosting servers, OASYS NEST, S.L.U. is not responsible for the user's non-compliance with GDPR.

OASYS NEST, S.L.U. holds all copyright, intellectual property, industrial property, know-how, and other rights related to the website content https://izi-premium.vercel.app and the services offered on it, as well as the programs necessary for its implementation and related information.

Reproduction, publication, and/or non-strictly private use of content, in whole or in part, from the website https://izi-premium.vercel.app is not permitted without prior written consent.

Software intellectual property

The user must respect third-party programs made available by OASYS NEST, S.L.U., even if they are free and/or publicly available.

OASYS NEST, S.L.U. has the necessary exploitation and intellectual property rights for the software.

The user does not acquire any right or license through the contracted service, on the software necessary for service provision, nor on the technical information for service monitoring, except for the rights and licenses necessary to fulfill contracted services and only during their duration.

Intellectual property of hosted content

Use contrary to intellectual property legislation of services provided by OASYS NEST, S.L.U. is prohibited, and in particular:

1. Use that is contrary to Spanish laws or infringes third-party rights.
2. Publication or transmission of any content that, in OASYS NEST, S.L.U.'s judgment, is violent, obscene, abusive, illegal, racial, xenophobic, or defamatory.
3. Cracks, program serial numbers, or any other content that violates third-party intellectual property rights.
4. Collection and/or use of personal data from other users without their express consent or contrary to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
5. Use of the domain mail server and email addresses for sending unsolicited bulk mail.

The user has full responsibility for their website content, transmitted and stored information, hyperlinks, third-party claims, and legal actions regarding intellectual property, third-party rights, and protection of minors.

The user will indemnify OASYS NEST, S.L.U. for expenses generated by the imputation of OASYS NEST, S.L.U. in any cause whose responsibility is attributable to the user, including legal defense fees and expenses, even in the case of a non-final judicial decision.

Protection of hosted information

OASYS NEST, S.L.U. makes backup copies of content hosted on its servers, however it is not responsible for loss or accidental deletion of data by users. Similarly, it does not guarantee full restoration of data deleted by users, as such data may have been deleted and/or modified during the time elapsed since the last backup.

Services offered, except specific backup services, do not include restoration of content preserved in backup copies made by OASYS NEST, S.L.U., when this loss is attributable to the user; in this case, a rate will be determined according to the complexity and volume of recovery, always subject to user acceptance.

Restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when content loss is due to causes attributable to OASYS NEST, S.L.U.

Commercial communications

In application of LSSI, OASYS NEST, S.L.U. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by their recipients.

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, OASYS NEST, S.L.U. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding OASYS NEST, S.L.U. products or services that are similar to those initially contracted with the customer.

In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no more commercial information be sent to them through Customer Service channels.
